REValation & REVenue to REVitalize Your Consulting Business
The REV Lab is a carefully curated, small-group, sales implementation-intensive for accomplished consultants, and independent B2B experts who want larger, more meaningful engagements with established companies.
You've led important initiatives, solved complicated problems, and delivered results that made a difference.
You know how to do the work that gets results.
But consistently getting in front of the right decision-makers, communicating the value your expertise creates, and confidently discussing fees that align with the value you bring to win those engagements?
That's a different discipline. And it's one you can master with the right guidance.

There are four program categories when it comes to developing sales skills
for the non-traditional salesperson.
That's you: the consultant, coach, or fractional executive who got into this work because you're excellent at what you do — not because you dreamed of a career in sales. After the referrals run out and your network has moved on, winning the work on your own becomes a necessary part of your job. You're most likely here because the work is real, the stakes are high, and what you've tried so far isn't matching the caliber of client you want.
But it's not your fault. You never signed up to be a salesperson. You've likely never had any formal sales training to prepare you, and if there was, it likely falls into one of these four program categories.
Awareness for awareness's sake with no real concern for conversion. Post more. Drive traffic. Network more. Work for free to show them what you can do. "Build it and they will come" dressed up as a business strategy. In these kinds of programs, activity wins over acumen. Exposure isn't the same as a commercial conversation with a decision-maker.
Three-day challenges that spend more time on why than how. Millionaire bootcamps that promise the moon and deliver you a cute little sparkler. Lifetime access to video libraries you'll never finish, nor do you need to. Group calls and a forty-minute wait to ask a question only to hear, "So sorry, we're out of time today. Pop it in an email, we'll get back to you." Information without implementation. Your notebook is full and your pipeline is empty.
Attitude, entitlement, and sass that would never translate in a company boardroom. These programs often treat the non-traditional salesperson like a beginner who doesn't know what they're doing — then blame you when the script falls flat with a sophisticated buyer.
We teach commercial skills that hold up with owner-led and mid-market decision-makers: clear communication, real empathy, and enough respect for your prospect that we won't hand you slick tricks or ingenuous intent. We respect that a high-performing executive's time is scarce and their standards are discerning. You're already an expert. We're here so you become equally capable of winning the work.
Selling an online course to an individual business owner...
...is a fundamentally different scenario for an engagement with a $40 million manufacturing company and their buying committee.
Different stakes. Different conversations. Different decision-making. Different selling capabilities.
Yet much conventional online marketing instruction-the kind most business-building advice for consultants borrows from-was designed for a very different buyer, vastly different buying environments, and altogether different business models.
Wonderful. If you're building an online business.
You're trying to earn the confidence of owners and executives responsible for real employees who work in real buildings, make significant investments, and wrestle with consequential decisions that can cost millions.
They're not buying access to your content. They're deciding whether to entrust you with a business problem worth solving-and whether you have the judgment and capability to improve the outcome.
This is professional business development. Online marketing and high-ticket programming dressed up as sales training will not cut it.
A focused list of the right-sized decision-makers-substantial engagements with the companies they run.
A sample of the kinds of organizations our clients sell into—and the work they win there.
This isn't another seat in a program. It's a seat at the working table.
Live, small-group, and professionally facilitated. You work on your real business - not hypothetical scenarios from somebody else's course:
You will focus in with laser-level clarity - who you're for, why they should care, and why your expertise is worth their attention. Being unmistakably worth the right buyer's attention is the determining factor of relevance.
You will set up the repeatable systems, apply the right skills at the right time with unwavering consistency, and develop the necessary identity and self-efficacy you need to win the regard of high-stakes decision-makers who need your solutions.
You will learn how to reduce unnecessary delays, make decisions quickly, commit to forward progress daily, develop usable work for market validation, and initiate meaningful commercial activity.
Speed to Sale isn't a promise of an immediate contract - no ethical sales professional can guarantee when another business will decide to buy. It means shortening the distance between knowing what needs to happen and being equipped to act. Removing every unnecessary barrier that has kept you from fully realizing your revenue generation capabilities up to this point.

You should not invest in learning what or why you should hone your sales savvy. You should invest in the expertise and facilitated execution to help you actually do it.
The value isn't in how much we give you to consume. It's in how much we help you accomplish.
Everything we include must earn its place by contributing to implementation, capability, or commercial progress.
We're not trying to give participants more things to participate in. We're helping them become more effective at the work they're already trying to accomplish.
Professional relationships and peer perspectives absolutely matter - that's exactly why we bring small groups of accomplished, hand-selected experts together in a well-facilitated room.
That said, it is critical we provide a virtual environment after the intensive that does not become a justified distraction from the real work that needs to get done. Connecting with one another is encouraged. Creating conversations with prospective clients is required.

I haven't spent my career exclusively teaching people how to sell. I've spent my career selling in hundreds of scenarios. High-stakes, low-stakes. I've been out there doing it for real. And I still am.
I didn't become a coach to stop selling. I became a coach because I discovered the freedom selling provides. I'll never give that up.
I know what substantial business conversations should sound like and I know what they sound like when they fall short. That is the pothole I'll keep you out of.
I have experienced and successfully navigated firsthand the sophisticated, complex decision-making that happens when high-stakes owners and their buying teams are at the table without me - making decisions I don't get to be in the room for.
You'll get my experience, perspective, and support.
You'll also get the questions you'd prefer I don't ask.
I'm not here to flatter you into buying another "program." I'm here to hold you to a different standard - because the standard you're aiming for requires it.
You define the goal. It's yours to attain or not. But in pursuit of that goal, my job is to regularly remind you of the future you say you want and help you remove any barriers that could keep you from it.
But I won't let you lean on laurels that have let you down - and call it a plan.
You may be uncomfortable prospecting. You may hesitate to ask for the meeting, or discuss your fees with less confidence than you bring to the work itself. Perhaps you've avoided anything resembling traditional selling because you refuse to become the salesperson you've always disliked.
That's acceptable. Unwillingness to address it is not.
You don't have to sell the way you've been sold to.
We will be the first to tell you: our format, speed, and approach are NOT designed for everyone.
We're not here to spend the day stretching and talking about the race. We're here to get on the track AND RUN!
You've already invested years in becoming exceptional at what you do. Now invest in becoming equally capable of earning the opportunity to do it.
Not another collection of content. We begin with a conversation about your business and whether this is the right working environment for you.
No countdowns. No manufactured urgency. No guarantees—just an open invitation to uplevel, upskill, and step into the kind of intensive that changes how you sell and how you get paid.
